1. The construction unit of the project shall comply with the provisions

1 The construction unit undertaking the gas fire extinguishing system project must have the corresponding level of qualification.

2 Construction site management should have corresponding construction technical standards, process regulations and implementation plans, sound quality management system, construction quality control and inspection system.

The quality management of the construction site shall be checked and recorded in accordance with the requirements of Table A of this specification.

2. Conditions should be met before construction

1 The approved construction drawings, design specifications and design change notices and other design documents should be complete.

2 Complete sets of devices and fire extinguishing agent storage containers and container valves, check valves, connecting pipes, collecting pipes, safety relief devices, selection valves, valve drive devices, nozzles, signal feedback devices, leak detection devices, pressure reduction devices and other system components, fire extinguishing agent delivery pipes and pipeline connectors of the product delivery certificate and valid certification documents required by the market access system shall comply with the provisions.

3 The products used in the system that cannot be reinspected should have the inspection report and certificate of the same batch of products issued by the manufacturer.

4 The operation and maintenance instructions of the system and its main components should be complete.

5 Supply water, power and gas to meet the requirements of continuous construction.

6. The design unit has made technical disclosure to the construction unit.

7 System components and main materials are complete, and its variety, specifications and models meet the design requirements.

8 The setting conditions between the protected area, protected objects and fire extinguishing agent storage containers are in accordance with the design.

9 The construction conditions of the embedded parts and reserved holes required by the system meet the design requirements.

Third, the construction process quality control regulations

1 The materials and components used should be inspected and approved by the supervising engineer; Only after passing the inspection can it be installed and used; Where sampling reinspection is involved, it shall be sampled by the supervision engineer and sent to the statutory body required by the market access system for reinspection.

Construction shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the approved construction drawings, design specifications and design change notices.

3 The quality control of each process shall be carried out according to the construction technical standards, and inspection shall be carried out after each process is completed; After passing the inspection, the next process can be carried out.

4. The handover between the relevant professional types shall be approved, and the next process can only be carried out after the supervision engineer's visa.

The inspection of the construction process shall be conducted by the supervision engineer and the personnel of the construction unit.

The inspection records of the construction process shall be filled in according to the requirements of Appendix C of this specification.

After the completion of the installation project, the construction unit shall carry out debugging and shall be qualified.

If the construction quality does not meet the requirements, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the following provisions:

1 Rework or replace the equipment, and should be inspected again.

2 After the repair treatment has changed the shape of the component but can meet the relevant standard provisions and use requirements, it can be accepted according to the approved treatment technical plan and agreement documents.

3 If the project of reworking or replacing system components and complete sets of devices still does not meet the requirements, it is strictly prohibited to accept.

Note: The gas fire extinguishing system project without acceptance or unqualified acceptance shall not be put into use, and the gas fire extinguishing system put into use shall be maintained and managed.

The varieties, specifications and performance of pipes and pipe connectors shall conform to the corresponding product standards and design requirements.

In addition, the following requirements shall be met:

1. The galvanized layer shall not fall off, damage and other defects.

2. Threaded pipe connectors shall not have missing lines, broken lines and other phenomena.

3. The sealing surface of the flange shall not be defective or cracked.

4. The sealing gasket should be intact without scratches.

Fire extinguishing agents, pipes and pipe fittings belonging to any of the following circumstances shall be sampled for reinspection, and the reinspection results shall meet the current national product standards and design requirements.

1 Design reinspection requirements.

2 There is doubt about the quality.

Four, pipe support, hanger installation provisions

The pipe shall be fixed firmly, and the maximum spacing of the pipe support and hanger shall comply with the following table.

2 The end of the pipeline should be fixed by anti-shaking support, and the distance between the support and the end nozzle should not be greater than 500mm.

3 For main pipelines with nominal diameters greater than or equal to 50mm, at least one anti-sway support shall be installed in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and one anti-sway support shall be installed in each floor when passing through the building. When the direction of the horizontal pipeline is changed, anti-sway support should be added.

The system components include fire extinguishing agent storage container and container valve, check valve, connecting pipe, collecting pipe, selection valve, safety release device, valve drive device, nozzle, signal feedback device, leak detection device, pressure reduction device, etc.

5. The appearance quality of the system components shall comply with the regulations

1 System components are free from collision deformation and other mechanical damage.

2 Components exposed non-machined surface protection coating intact.

3 All exposed interfaces of the components are provided with protective plugs and covers, and are closed well, without damage to interface threads and flange sealing surfaces.

4 The nameplate is clear, firm, and correct in direction.

5 For fire extinguishing agent storage containers of the same specification, the height difference should not exceed 20mm.

6 Drive gas storage containers of the same specification, the height difference should not exceed 10mm.

6. System components shall comply with regulations

1 Variety, specifications, performance, etc. should meet the current national product standards and design requirements.

If the design has reinspection requirements or there is doubt about the quality, it should be sampled for reinspection, and the reinspection results should meet the current national product standards and design requirements. The filling amount, filling pressure, filling coefficient and filling coefficient in the fire extinguishing agent storage container shall comply with the regulations
